What you saw on the operator’s page, and roughly when (UTC).
If you represent the project: a public source for the correction.

Rights holders

Names and logos are used only to identify projects. If you want an entry corrected, updated or removed, tell us which page and why; historical entries are normally kept with a Discontinued status rather than deleted, but takedown requests are honoured.
